Antonio Farroco is one of the managing and founding partners of Farroco Abreu Guarnieri Zotelli Advogados Associados. He has more than thirty-five years of experience advising Brazilian, US and European based clients in transactions involving complex agreements (EPC, infrastructure), mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and financing matters, and business and strategic litigation and arbitration. He has been actively involved in deals and projects relative to the practice areas above in Brazil and abroad. He has assisted clients in a wide range of industries including heavy industry, industrial components and equipment, chemical and energy sectors. Antonio Farroco is often involved in the corporate governance of several clients.
